Dutch Baby

Ingredients:
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour

 3-4 qt.
1/3 c. butter
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. flour

4 to 4 1/2 qt.
1/2 c. butter
5 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Mix ingredients with hand blender. Meanwhile, melt butter in pan in oven. pour batter into pan, and bake for about twenty minutes or until dutch baby has risen and turned golden brown.

For topping, mix powdered sugar with lemon juice or cut up fruit and put on top. Dutch baby can be served with breakfast, lunch, dinner or dessert.
